A cum laude graduate from the University of Georgia, Samantha gained invaluable knowledge from well established industry professionals. Her time at her alma mater allowed her to discover and deepen her passion for financial planning, which she then applied through hands-on experiences. This includes her time spent as an intern for a Registered Investment Advisor in Atlanta, as well as in her role as a volunteer tax preparer through UGA’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program.
As a new member of the team, Samantha brings a strong interest in behavioral finance and a passion for building close personal relationships to understand how individuals' biases and experiences drive their financial decisions. She is especially passionate about educating first-generation investors and instilling the confidence needed to take the first leap of faith in their pursuit of financial freedom. With a great team of mentors at hand, Samantha is committed to expanding her knowledge and skills as she emphasizes a fiduciary approach to empower clients.
Outside of work, Samantha loves getting outside whenever the weather allows. You can find her at the beach, taking a long walk, or trying new waterfront restaurants. She enjoys doing yoga and barking at UGA rivals’ fans on game day. When winding down at the end of the day, she can be found lounging with her two cats, Makoto and Kirby.
