After graduating cum laude from Grand Valley State University in Michigan in 2018, Haley fearlessly embraced new horizons by moving to North Carolina to join our firm (formerly Cooke Capital), quickly ascending to a leadership role within our financial planning division. As the head of the division, Haley strives to deliver an exceptional experience for our valued clients while overseeing the delivery of our financial planning services.
Driven by a passion for financial empowerment, particularly for women and the next generation, Haley is dedicated to guiding individuals on the path to taking control of their financial lives. She thrives on educating and motivating clients, empowering them to live their most fulfilled lives with confidence and clarity. Additionally, Haley finds great fulfillment in assisting small business owners in developing comprehensive retirement plans and providing financial education to employees.
Haley's dedication to her profession has not gone unnoticed. She has been recognized as a valuable contributor to publications, such as the North Carolina Dental Gazette and TheStreet, solidifying her reputation in the field. Moreover, Haley's insights have been featured on prominent news outlets, including CNBC, InvestmentNews, and Money. Ever passionate about fostering the growth of females in finance, Haley mentors aspiring financial planners through the CFP Board and Invest in Girls. Recognizing the need for greater support and collaboration, she spearheaded the establishment of the Women's Initiative Group for the Financial Planning Association of the Triangle, where she currently serves as the Communications Director, actively driving positive change within the industry.
When she's not helping clients fulfill their financial goals, Haley can be found enjoying the scenic beauty of Carolina Beach with her fiancée, Ryan, and their cherished rabbits, Squirt and Ocean. She values her time spent in the local community and actively volunteers with Island Women. Haley values the importance of balance and rejuvenation, whether it involves basking in the sun-kissed shores, pushing her limits at the gym, or traveling on exciting journeys to new destinations.
