As Chief Operating Officer and Integrator at Allegiance Financial Group Advisory Services, Haley leads operational strategy and drives day-to-day execution. She partners with firm leadership to strengthen people, processes, and priorities, building scalable systems that support growth while elevating the client experience. Haley is passionate about creating a collaborative culture where people are supported, challenged, and positioned to succeed.
Haley is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a dedicated mentor within the financial planning community. She works with high school women interested in pursuing careers in finance through Invest in Girls and supports CFP® candidates preparing for the exam through the CFP Board mentorship program. She previously served in leadership roles with the Financial Planning Association at the local level and nationally through NexGen.
Based in Carolina Beach, North Carolina, Haley is a board member of Hoppy Tides Rabbit Rescue and an active committee member of Island Women. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, their rabbits Squirt and Ocean, and is often traveling to her next destination.
