Garrett Welsh, Paraplanner – Vienna, VA
Garrett studied Finance and Financial Planning and Wealth Management at the University of Delaware and began his career working with multiple Registered Investment Advisors along the East Coast, developing a strong foundation in thoughtful, personalized planning. He is committed to continuous growth and collaboration while supporting a client focused culture rooted in integrity and long-term relationships.
Samantha Buchanan, Paraplanner – Wilmington, NC
Samantha is a cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia who gained hands on experience through an internship with a Registered Investment Advisor in Atlanta and as a volunteer tax preparer. She brings a strong interest in behavioral finance and a passion for educating first generation investors while continuing to expand her knowledge in support of our clients.
Erica Siebert, Client Service Associate – Wilmington, NC
Erica brings extensive experience in executive administration and operations support, having spent many years assisting leadership teams with coordination, planning, and operational management. She is known for her proactive approach, organization, and ability to anticipate needs while helping teams stay aligned and efficient.
Haley Ellis Promoted to Partner and Chief Operating Officer
Congratulations to Haley on her promotion to Partner and Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2026. In her role, Haley leads operational strategy and daily execution, working closely with firm leadership to strengthen people, processes, and priorities while supporting continued growth and an elevated client experience. Her promotion reflects the firm’s confidence in her leadership, alignment with its core values, and long-term vision.

Our Goldsboro location officially closed on January 31, 2026. Charlie Cooke remains available for Zoom, phone, and in-person meetings at our Wilmington, NC office. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment.
