As of Nov. 1, wealth management firms Cooke Capital and Allegiance Financial Group have rebranded to serve clients as one unified team. Operating under the name Allegiance Financial Group Advisory Services (AFGAS), both offices will benefit from the combined resources and expanded team of two firms uniting under one umbrella.
Prior to this announcement, Cooke Capital and AFG were long-time partner firms that shared great synergies such as similar investment philosophies and wealth management strategies, the transition will enable them to enhance the services they provide for their clients.

Cooke Capital will continue operating out of its North Carolina offices in Wilmington and Goldsboro, and AFG will remain in Vienna, Virginia. Current clients at both firms will continue working with their advisor(s) with no disruption to service.
Under the new, unified brand, AFGAS clients will have access to more resources and team members including four CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals, a retirement plan specialist, support staff, as well as an extended range of products and tools.
