Effective January 1, 2026, Allegiance Financial Group Advisory Services announces the promotion of Haley Ellis, CFP®, CPFA®to Partner and Chief Operating Officer.
In this role, Haley leads operational strategy and day to day execution, partnering closely with firm leadership to strengthen people, processes, and priorities. Her work focuses on building scalable systems that support the firm’s growth while enhancing the client experience. Haley is recognized for fostering a collaborative culture where team members are supported, challenged, and positioned to grow.
