Haley Ellis, CFP®, CPFA®, Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Allegiance Financial Group Advisory Services (AFGAS), will be presenting and participating in a panel at the upcoming SFA Partners Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, taking place April 20–23.
Haley will lead a presentation focused on operational leadership within growing firms. Drawing from her experience transitioning from Financial Planner to COO and Integrator, she will share insights on execution, accountability, and building the internal leadership structure needed to support long-term growth.
In addition, Haley will participate in the Women Advisors Network panel, which will explore how women are shaping the next decade of financial planning. The discussion will highlight leadership perspectives, industry growth, and the evolving role women continue to play in the profession.
